A $1000/less PC Build

Are you deciding to build a computer that is less then $1000. Today I'll be showing two computer builds using Intel and AMD processors. I'll be using Intel if you are one of those people who want to do video rendering, video editing, photo editing and etc. On the other hand I'll be using AMD for more gaming, it's also cheaper and great for overclocking. These two builds can also be switched around if you like the other build for a different purpose.

AMD Build

Processor: AMD FX-8320 http://bit.ly/TAznS5
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair V Formula AM3+ http://bit.ly/12QDcTN
Graphics Card: XFX ATI Radeon HD6770 http://amzn.to/VfMraR
Memory: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB http://bit.ly/mIyRdB
Storage: Samsung Electronics Samsung 840 Series Solid State Drive 250GB http://amzn.to/TkOc92
Optical drive: LG Black 14X BD-R 2X BD-RE 16X http://bit.ly/LUtAAF
Power Supply: Antec High Current Pro http://bit.ly/12QEG0e
Total Cost: Around $790+ Price may Change

I've picked the AMD FX-8320 because it has 8 cores and has a pretty decent intergraded GPU. So I chose the XFX ATI Radeon HD6770 because it can run the lastest DirectX 11 games at a good performance. Also with a good processor you got to have a nice looking and great motherboard with awesome features that comes with it. The motherboard is SLI/Crossfire ready that comes with PCI-E 3.0 to have the best performance. This motherboard is also has a good overclocking utility in the BIOS to boost up the APU that I have chosen. For best gaming experience I picked the Corsair Vengeance 8GB model for those who want to play games and record yourself for best multitasking. I went with the Samsung 840 Series for a ultimate fast performs computer without any long wait time, Great boost for when gaming. All of this and you got to have a decent power supply to power up you beast PC so I picked the Antec High Current Pro 80 Plus to drive all that powerful components inside.

Intel Build

Should you update to iOS 6 beta

I know that iOS 6 has some nice new features but should you update. First of all would you want to pay $99 a year just to get iOS 6 beta. I'm sure you don't. If you are a developer than Yes upgrade to iOS 6 beta. Well you might be wondering why developers should upgrade to iOS 6 beta. Well they develop apps right, so they up date because they want to see if their apps are compatible with their apps so they can make changes. If you have the patients than wait and if not then I guess your paying $99 a year. If you haven't know already if you update to iOS beta's they are buggy and some apps won't open or work properly because they aren't compatible yet.

Like and Dislike about Jailbreaking

Like
Why I jailbreak my iPod touch 4g is because jailbreak can have useful things that I like to use like Sbsettings, Display Recorder, and SSH. Jailbreak can let me customize me iPod touch how I want to to be. I can play old emulator games like from Pokemon and ect. I can get games for free and install games hacks. SSH can come in handy once in awhile when I need to put things in my iPod touch. The thing I like about jailbreaking is that I can downgrade or restore without getting the update that I don't even need.

Con
Really the only main thing I hate about jailbreaking is that if you install to many things, the iPod can become laggy and crashes. Apps become slow and not responsive and the thing I have trouble is that the multitasking does work sometimes.

Google+ and Facebook Mobile on iOS

Google+
Google+ has a great UI and I like how it is smooth. The app doesn't crash on me, unlike the Facebook app. The feeds are very easy to see and clicking on a picture or post is really quick and easy. Also +1 and replying to a feed post is great. The settings are very is to use and the notifications are resposive. Messaging someone is quick and fast and doesn't freeze. Looking at someone or your pictures are easy to see. The background for Google+ is great, the dark color makes it look attractive.

Facebook
The Facebook app can be slow, crashes, and not responsive sometimes. Clicking on something can load really slow and also scrolling can be laggy at times. I don't really like when you get notification and it shows a 1 on the notification but when you click there is nothing. Posting things hasn't been any trouble for me yet. Adding photos can use a little fix but most of the time it's still good.

Are you using Internet Explore and everytime when you try to download an ipsw firmware it always download in a zip file. Well to resolve this all you do is don't use internet explore because it has a weird thing that it will download it in a zip file, so all you do is use Google Chrome, it works best for me so it should probably help you as well.

How To Know When Someone Is Steeling Your Wireless Internet

Why do you need to know why someone is steeling your internet. Well first your internet can become slow and they can access your personal files as well. You are paying for your internet and you really don't want someone to be using your WiFi for free. To solve this you can download Wireless Network Watcher from download.com.

The Business of a Coomputer Repair (Updated)

In this article I’ll be sharing the things when you are wanting to becoming a computer repair person. These are just my thinking and thoughts of a computer repair. First thoughts, you want to make a business and maybe want to make your own computer repair store. There are some pros and cons about doing your own store and being at home and getting calls. The other thing is when you got customers and how to deal with them. Don’t be scared to tell your customer that you can’t fix the situation and maybe consider of buying a new computer.

You are in school and learning to become a computer repair person. Very important, be in school and learn as much as you can because you will have competitors. Go out and fix computer to have experience so you get use to repairing computers. Go door to door asking if you can fix their computers. Even fix your siblings computer or family members or another way is call up some company asking them and also saying you could even fix it for free. The company will say yes if they need an IT person for some problem they are having and if you did fix the computer you will get compliments and could even get hired again.

You are now in the business and done with school. You are now deciding which you should start your own store or consider working at home. Before you want to start a store, think that you have to pay bills for electricity, decorations, paying off the store and for workers that help you. In the beginning when you are just starting you probably have no workers which means you have to be at the front desk counter the whole time because you never know when the customers are coming. Then you hire a worker to be at the counter and you have to pay that person. You will have to deal with hours for your store, buy the entire products and maybe paint your store and making a sign outside the store. All of this could cost you over $20,000. What are the reasons for working at home, well you don’t have to deal with a lot of bills like starting a store. People can call you and you can go to them or they can drop it off at your house.

Now comes the billing part of the business. When you are billing the customer, you should think of them paying one fee for all the work you’ve done like $100 even as little as adding a stick of ram or go with couple of fees for the type you are doing like adding stick or ram for $50 and $100 for a full restore. The thing that you should think is will your customers pay for diagnostics or not. Diagnostics can be a big part because you find the problem and tell them and you say do you want it fixed or not, they could be like “oh that’s it, I could just do it at home.” You just lost your energy of finding the problem and now you get no money because they now know the problem and could just fix it themselves. Letting them pay for just checking the problem is good because it tells you that they will be willing to fix it or not and still you are getting money. If you are working at home and if you go over to them you should charger for just going over to them because you are using gas and your time.

Don’t every think that you can do everything that someone ask you. If you work on PC but not on Mac then consider calling up and making a deal with some store that works on Mac and tell them that if I send a customer to you guys for a Mac then they send you a PC customer. This can be great because people can recognize your store and get more customers.

You probably now know a little about a computer repair person. You should have an idea of what you want to do now like store hours, should you work at home or start a store. Remember that there are pros and cons at what you do and think wisely at what you are doing. Anything bad can ruin your reputation as well. Don’t be scared to tell your customer you can’t fix the problem. Another thing to consider is that you can’t do all the stuff that they ask you.

The business of a Computer Repair

Do you want to become a computer repair person or you are just watching this video. Either way this post and a video that I’ll be sharing down below will tell you everything about the business of a computer repair. As you may know, there are pros and cons when you are going into a computer repair business.

Pros: You can enjoy the thing that you do best at. You will get great compliments from customers when you do something great for them; ex: fixing a big problem they had for awhileand saying you'll be done in 2 day's and being up finishing in 2 hours (explaining why in the video provided).
Cons: You will have to face the customers that come in your business. Have to setup all the bills that you will want the customers to pay and the bills for your store. Telling the customer that you can't fix the situation.

Facebook bought Instagram for $1 BILLION

Now if you may not know, Instagram is a free app that is easy and simple for uploading pictures to your social network. Now facebook is greatful that now they have full access to instagram but the question is will they have great responsibilty over the app. Instagram use to be it's own little group and people were happy about it but since facebook came along and tool over, lets just hope that facebook doesn't do anything to mess up instagram. You might be wondering, why did facebook buy instagram, a uploading social network app for $1 billion. With an anticipated $100 billion to spare, the loss of $1 billion is not the end of the world. Rather than a business decision based upon immediate monetary profit, Facebook is strategically buying out their competition.
